Founders' Quadrangle is an unincorporated association organized to explore our options for founding a new elite university. It has no formal legal structure at this time.
We will neither solicit nor accept donations until such time as an appropriate business form has been selected and incorporated and all requisite State and Federal approvals have been secured.
We do not confer any traditional academic degrees or certificates or operate as a college or university in any legal sense. Please note that any titles or designations accorded to individuals on this site merely reflect organizational roles in the association and should not be misconstrued as conveying any other meaning.
At this point our sole interest is in gathering and exchanging ideas about how some successor organization or organizations might move into that space.
